Terms and Conditions

1. I am acting as an independent referral partner (“Connector”) and not as an employee, agent, or representative of KP E-SERVICES.
2. I confirm that I am not currently employed with any bank, NBFC, or financial institution in a role that restricts me from referring loan customers. If I am employed, I confirm that I am not violating any employment terms, confidentiality obligations, or regulatory guidelines.
3. I agree that I will not use, share, or disclose any confidential customer data obtained from any bank, NBFC, employer, or third party.
4. I confirm that all leads shared by me are sourced through my personal or professional network and not through any unauthorized, restricted, or confidential source.
5. I understand that I will receive commission only after successful loan disbursement and strictly as per the payout structure defined by KP E-SERVICES.
6. I agree that all payouts will be made only to my registered bank account in my name, and no third-party payments will be accepted.
7. I agree that KP E-SERVICES reserves the right to reject any lead, withhold payout, or terminate this association in case of suspicious, unethical, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity.
8. I confirm that I will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
9. Misrepresentation Clause: I understand that any false declaration, misrepresentation, or concealment of material information shall make me solely liable for any consequences.
10. Indemnity Clause: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless KP E-SERVICES from any loss, damage, or legal liability arising due to my actions or misconduct.
